Attaullah Khan Esakhelvi a Pakistani musician, has his name in Guinness Book in 1994. He released the highest number of audio albums.
Largest number of Qawali Albums
(1948 - 1997) also known as “The King of Qawali” was a Pakistani musician, is considered the most important Qawal in the history. He had his name in Guinness Book for producing the largest number of Qawali albums. He had produced about 125 Qawali albums never released by any Qawal.
Squash Record
Jahangir Khan is the former squash player from Pakistan. He made a record of longest winning streak. He has won the most World Championship Squash titles 8 times, British Open Championship 10 times, 555 matches consecutively for five years and holded the title of youngest winner (men) in 1981 when his age was 17 years and 11 months.
Fastest Delivery of a Cricket Ball
A Pakistani Bowler Shoaib Akhtar, bowled a ball with highest electronically measured speed against England on 22 February, 2003 in a World Cup match at Newlands, Cape Town, South Africa.
Civil Judge
Muhammad Ilyas was the world’s youngest civil judge. He passed the examination for civil judge in 1952 at the age of 20 years and six months. He passed Competitive examination (Judicial Service) and became a Youngest Civil Judge in July, 1952.

Dr. Muhammad Karim Beebani was a Pakistani physician, published a smallest Quran in Cairo in 1982. It is 1.7 cm long, 1.28 cm wide and 0.72 cm thick. It has 571 pages while each page has 18 lines.
Largest Cookie Mosaic
Peek Freans Sooper (under the brand English Biscuit Manufacturers) made Pakistan’s Flag shaped largest cookie mosaic in 2017. The mosaic was prepared with more than 150,000 coloured green and white cookies, measuring area to celebrate Pakistan’s 70th Independence Day.

Sumail Hassan is the youngest gamer who earns 1.2 million dollars from gaming competitions at the age of sixteen. He has also won many international Dota 2 contests of “Evil Geniuses”.

Mohammed Sadi has the world record for pulling the heaviest vehicle with a beard. He demonstrated the strength of his mighty whiskers by pulling a Hyundai truck weighing over a 63-metre course.

Zafar Gill set a new weight lifting records. He carried with the help of a cord attached to his ear. He lifted it 10 cm off the ground for just seven seconds and he has to use a special head wear that protected his temple and ear from damage.

In 2017, A Pakistani girl Unaiza Ali Barlas made a guinness record and made the longest cartoon strip of and became the youngest person to earn this title at the age 20 years.
Walnuts Record
On 15 July, 2018, Mohammad Rashid from Karachi made a guinness record for breaking 284 walnuts with a hand in one minute.
