Liquid Cognition is a small software and consulting company located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and serving customers throughout the western United States of America, especially those in Colorado and Wyoming.
Liquid Cognition incorporated in 2003 in the State of Wyoming. In 2004, Liquid Cognition purchased Seventh Floor, Inc. (est. 1998), another Wyoming corporation in the same industry.
Liquid Cognition has made extensive use of Rockford Lhotka's Component-based Scalable Logical Architecture (CSLA) and has a few notable clients, including the State of Wyoming and Cheyenne Frontier Days.
