Linas Garsys

Linas Garsys is an American graphic designer for the The Washington Times.
Garsys was born to Lithuanian parents who immigrated to the United States during WWII. He began making artwork for local punk and hardcore bands in his teens. He also made work for national acts, such as AFI, American Nightmare, and Tiger Army, as well as collaborating with brands such as Urban Outfitters
In 1999, he founded Malfunction Records with Tru Pray. In 2007, the label was sold to Deathwish Inc.
In 2025 work credited to Garsys illustrated an opinion column for The Washington Times with the imagery of a pink triangle beneath a No symbol. The article and image were circulated by Donald Trump on Truth Social. The Trump campaign previously used the red triangle in advertising, which Facebook removed for violating company policies against organized hate.
