Lime Studio

Now recent graduates from Nottingham Trent University in the UK, they have exhibited their designs at both London Design Festival and Tokyo Design Week.
100% Futures, London Design Festival was the first exhibition attended by this new design studio and it proved to be the launch pad needed to gain a foothold on the design scene. The show proved highly successful and generated a great deal of interest in all the designs presented which were both thought provoking and inspiring.
After much publicity surrounding the Leaf rocking chair it was decided that Tokyo Design Week would be a great opportunity to exhibit this piece. The chair attained much attention form both the public and press, appearing on 3 Japanese TV channels on during the course of the event.
This multi-cultural trio has been collaborating since 2005 on a range of design projects that have been short listed in several international competitions culminating in exhibiting on the Mathmos stand at 100% East 2006. At the same time a piece was commissioned for the bathroom on Arata Isozaki’s Floor 10, Hotel Puerta America, Madrid.
