Lil Chuckee

Lil Chuckee grew up in the Calliope Projects in New Orleans, but he now currently resides in Atlanta after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina. The 14-year-old rapper lists Nas, Jay-Z, Q-Tip, and Common among his top musical influences, along with his mentor Lil Wayne, and he recently dropped a mix-tape called Rapper’s Market, hosted by former New York Giants running-back Tiki Barber.
Lil Chuckee was discovered by Lil Wayne, who overheard him spitting at a video shoot when he was only 9 years old. Wayne immediately wanted to sign Chuckee, but his parents made him wait until their son was a few years older. He is the youngest member of the Young Money Entertainment record label.
