Liga Leumit (, lit. National League) is the second tier in the Israeli football league system below Ligat ha'Al. The 2009-10 season will begin in August 2009, and will end in May 2010. This year sixteen teams will compete in Liga Leumit. League Table Results Matches 1-30 During matches 1-30 each team plays every other team twice (home and away). Matches 31-35 During matches 31-35 each team will play every other team in their third of the table once (either at home or away).
