About the Singer Asaoka Yuuyu got his start as the vocalist for the band PANDORA from 1990 to 1991. Later on, he became the vocalist for another band FIELD OF VIEW from 1994 to 2002. A year later after the band broke up, Asaoka started his solo career by releasing his first album, Uta no Chikara, in 2003. Musical artist U-Ya Asaoka originally belonged to the band Field of View, which first formed back in 1994, as the lead singer before the group dissolved in 2002. Left to his own devices, Asaoka began to branch out toward a solo career, debuting a new album while also recording the theme song to the hit series The GranSazers (2003) a year after Field of View disbanded.
