Liban Soleman, a Gabonese/American since September 2016, is overseeing the coordination of the execution of the country’s development program : Gabon Vision 2025. He was the Chief of Cabinet of President Ali Bongo Ondimba since January 14, 2011 at the age of 27 and the youngest advisor in the Gabonese presidential cabinet since 2009. Soleman spent his formative years in his home country of Gabon and the United States before pursuing an academic education at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. There, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Marketing and Management. He returned to his Alma Mater to earn his Financial Analysis Certificate and an Executive program. He spent most of his life traveling between Gabon and the United States. He was born in Gabon to American parents of Somali and Yemen descent. His first extended period in Gabon was in the early 1980s with his parents who are well established in different businesses in Libreville and the United States. Soleman started his career in accounting and finance in top investment banking corporations in the United States. He later on joined a venture capitalist fund in Israel to oversee the development of their activities on the African continent. He is also an established entrepreneur active in Real Estate and Marketing. <references />
