Liana Mendoza (born November 19, 1974) is an American actress and singer.
Biography
Mendoza was born in Elysian Valley, Los Angeles, California. She lived with her mother and brother. She decidedly changed her name when her career as an entertainer began. Having appeared on Spanish-language television series, Mendoza decided to persue an acting career in US film and television. She has made appearances in films such as Little Mail Man starring Tony Cox, Internet Dating starring Katt Williams, Busted, and Cruisin (On a Saturday Night). She appeared in Crank: High Voltage, which was released on April 17, 2009. She is currently filming her roles in Cult and The Campfire Chronicles: Have a Nice Day.
She is also a singer and is currently working on her debut album with Sleepy Brown (of Outkast) on his new label Orion Records/Universal. Her album and tour is due out later this year under the alter-ego name of ROXXY.
