Leteisha Simmonds (born 5 December), is an up-coming and strong Australian Junior chess player. She currently goes to Somerville House. Leteisha came 2nd in the Open U16 section, Australian Juniors 2011, first in U18 Girls Australian Juniors in 2010 and first in 2008 for U12 Girls Australian Juniors. From the 1st of March, she is the fifth highest ranked girl in the U20 girls in Australia. Major Achievments Leteisha is currently second in U16 Open, Australian Juniors, which was held in Melbourne, in January. She has represented Australia five times during the last couple of years.
