Les Borsai

Les (Laszlo) Borsai is a Los Angeles-based technology entrepreneur, music promoter and manager, and advisor in the cryptocurrency., blockchain and music-technology industries. He is also an advisor to state and federal governments on cryptocurrency.
Career
Les (Laszlo) Borsai's career encompasses music , technology, and finance. In the late 1980s, he began in the music industry as a promoter within the Southern California rave scene. Subsequently, he transitioned to artist management and marketing, holding positions at Avalon Attractions, MCA Records, Bill Silva Entertainment, and Modern Artist Management.
In the late 2000s, Borsai expanded his focus to digital music, cryptocurrency, and blockchain. He co-founded gridMob in 2008, a mobile application development company, and SongLily in 2012, a music licensing platform for mobile applications and games. He invested in cryptocurrencies including Ethereum, XRP, Tezos as well as NFTs. He served as an advisor to blockchain companies, including Ripple. In 2018, he co-founded Wave Financial, a digital asset management firm.
"The Death of Wizdem" is a semi-autobiographical work by Borsai.
