Lebowski painting

Big Lebowski Last Supper, also known as The Dudes Last Supper, was the brainchild of three fans from Vancouver, Washington. Conceived in the winter of 2008, the painting languished in obscurity until it was mentioned in "Stand By Me" star Wil Wheaton's blog in June 2009. Inspired by the 1998 film "The Big Lebowski", the painting depicts characters from the movie seated at a long table, in a scene reminiscent of Leonardo Da Vinci's famous painting "The Last Supper" The films main character, The Dude, takes the position of Jesus, surrounded by other characters from the film taking the places of the 12 Apostles.
