He studied (Petroleum Engineering) at the University of Port Harcourt, and he further studied Masters Business Administration at London South Bank University, he partnered with some other experts to start LAKEL Services (Oil and Gas Company ‘’Upstream Investors’’) and he rose to the position of the Executive Director of Operation of the company before he was called into full time ministry . Family and Heritage When he was in his mid thirties, he married Pastor Bennita Funmilayo Sylvester Ajayi. They have two children together (Samuel Lawrence Ajayi Jnr,Sarah Olaitan Ajayi.) Lawrence is a strong supporter of Happy Home and Happy Marriage. His origin is Akure,Ondo State of Nigeria but his grandfather migrated to Ekiti state in Nigeria where he gave birth to his father Joseph Ajayi, while his father was in Military training in Nigeria Army Signal Lagos Nigeria, he married his mother Felicia and she gave birth to Lawrence Ajayi in Lagos Nigeria.
