Last Man Running is a 2003 film directed by Damon Santostefano. His wife, Mary Stuart Masterson, served as one of the film's producers. Synopsis An aspiring actor tries his hand at becoming a demolition derby driver before his impending marriage. Cast * Rick Gomez as Richie * Jenifer Wymore-Gomez as Jenny * Bob “Whiplash” Genovese (uncredited) Release Last Man Running premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival during June 2003. Reception Variety reviewed the movie, writing that "Despite the filmmakers’ claims that “Last Man Running” is supposed to be “a seamless and simultaneous overlay of both narrative and documentary,” the resulting strained comedy appears more concocted than not." |
