Kyron Horman, born September 7, 2002 in Portland, Oregon, has been a missing person since June 4, 2010. His biological mother is Desiree Young, but he was raised by Terri Moulton Horman, and her husband Kaine Horman. They also have a daughter aged 19 months, and Terri has a teenage son from a previous marriage. Kyron was last seen by his stepmother Terri Horman, when he was attending a science fair at Skyline Elementary School.<ref namegma/> Terri contacted the school when Kyron did not come home on the school bus on June 4. Fliers asking for any witnesses were distributed to both adults and children who were in the school.<ref nameap/> A criminal investigation began on 14 June and the local area was searched - the largest ever such operation in Oregon.<ref nameap/> Terri Horman appeared at a news conference, along with Kaine, appealing for help finding Kyron, but has not appeared publicly since.<ref nameap/> |
