Kundby case

The Kundby case is a planned terrorist attack on two schools by a 15 years-old Muslim girl from Kundby, Denmark. She converted to Islam and is suspected to have contact to ISIS. The police found chemicals to create a bomb at Trønningevej in Kundby.
Background
A 15 years-old Muslim girl had planned to build a bomb to blow up two schools in Denmark: Sydskolen in Fårevejle and Carolineskolen in Copenhagen. An American captain from Iraq warned Denmark, which let to detention of the girl and a 24-year-old Syrian.
History
Arrest and detention
On 13 January 2016 police found bomb chemicals at Trønningevej in Kundby. A 15 years-old girl was arrested at 12:22. The court in Holbæk put her in a pre-trial detention.
Appeal
The public prosecutor appealed the sentence. They demanded a custodial sentence, stating she is too dangerous to be part of the society. Retslægerådet (Danish Justice Physician Council) agreed with the public prosecutors.<ref name="auto1"/>
