Kryptonite Nixon

Kryptonite Nixon was a Los Angeles punk rock and alternative rock trio of the 1990s who recorded on the Flipside Records label. Their sound has been compared to Sandy Duncan's Eye with its mix of punk hooks and a hard driving vocal style which serves to complement
the loud music. Band members included Matt (vocals, guitar), Gabe, and Brendon.

Discography

Their three album releases include the cds Swag (1994-20-05)
and Live At Jawbone Canyon (July 1995) The latter recording was produced by Smith,
mixed by Greg, with video by Lorton. It contains CD-Rom Data, Intro-White Bux, Konvoy, Are Too Deet-Oo Amity Means Friendship, and Furley.
Swag is composed of the tracks Fuselage, You Are #1, Spread It Around, Human Hair, Methadrine Peterbuilt, Tails Out Negative, Red Alert, Premium Chuch, Suckers, Fluffa, and Trowling (On Our Way to the Top).

Kryptonite Nixon made two s, namely Fistful of Moolah (Kill Your Roomate/Kimberly Love Willis/Bud Lee) and Piece of Mind (Jesus Told Mitch/Opens A Crack). An 8 color industrial music split album between Babyland and Kryptonite Nixon was released by Flipside. It is a four song EP on clear vinyl. This is a 1994 issue.
