Kris Hudson-Lee

Kris Hudson-Lee (born Kristian Keith Hudson, 8 May 1973, Rotherham, England) is the bassist with progressive rock singer-songwriter Guy Manning, and was a director of the Classic Rock Society. His former bands include Crimes of Passion, Deadline, Joe Lazarus and Telefunken.
Career
He was originally tutored on piano and clarinet, however he quickly moved to bass guitar - quoting "you can't headbang with a piano". He was privately tutored for a number of years before joining Outer Limits in April 1995. Outer Limits disbanded shortly after having only had two rehearsals.
In April 1997, he joined the Doncaster based band Telefunken, with Daniel Evans, Christoper Perkins, Paul Peters and Wayne Gough. Due to possible trademark infringement Telefunken changed into Joe Lazarus in 1998, but continued with the same band members. They signed a deal with Badge in mid 1998 and recorded and released their only EP, Stuff, in late 1998. In April 1999, they disbanded.
In mid 1999, Hudson-Lee worked with Anston based musician Mel Lampro, and ex-Joe Lazarus guitarist Paul Peters, on a project entitled I am me, however this did not last beyond July that year.
In August 1999, Hudson-Lee auditioned for, and got a position with Promise, which in turn evolved into Deadline, and finally into Crimes of Passion. In February 2008, he announced via his blog that he was quitting Crimes of Passion in June 2008. He announced later on his blog that he had joined Guy Manning.
