Kinds of listeners

A listener means a person who listens. A listener can get information about the study, topic, or a lesson. Some listeners got the information what is written or spoken, while some others are very hard to get the information. Listeners are now defined into 4 kinds. The 4 kinds of listeners The listeners are classified into: *Multi-asking listener :While having an important meeting, this person keeps an eye on e-mail and even darts out of the room to take a phone call or review paperwork *Passive listener :This listener says yes or right and simply nods his head after sentence sittered by the person. *Chilling listener : He places barriers on the conversation by urncing, rolling his eyes or just other physical cues that dismiss the other person's idea. *Emotion/Hi-jacking listener :This poor listener has such strong emotional reaction to the person speaking that his response steals the conversation and dictates its tone.
