Kim Taehyung (born December 30, 1995), better known by his stage name, V, is a South Korean singer and dancer. He is a member of the South Korea hip-hop boy band, Bangtan Boys (also known as Bulletproof Boy Scouts), formed by the Big Hit Entertainment. The group debuted on June 12, 2013, with their single "No More Dream". Biography V was born on December 30, 1995 in South Korea. He is also known by his nickname TaeTae. He plays the saxophone. He has a younger sister and a younger brother. Career BTS was formerly known as a six member band. While the other members were announced over Twitter, Youtube and Fancafe, V was kept a secret, though he was the first member whose teaser image was released. V and Jin are known to be most popular among the Korean fans. V is currently a member of Bangtan Boys along with Jin, Suga, Rap Monster, J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook. |
