Khairul Fahmi Mat Som

Khairul Fahmi Mat Som is the assistant secretary of the PAS central youth hall. He is also a committee member for PAS Gombak branch.
He is also the Secretary for PAS Gombak Branch and a spoke person for PAS Gombak.
Contribution To The People of Gombak
Although just a simple moderate business men, Khairul Fahmi Mat Som is a pillar of community. He is an active social worker and a Al-Quran teacher for kids around his house.
Insulting The Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H
Recently Khairul Fahmi Mat Som has been under fire because of his statement regarding the prophet. He stated that if the prophet was still here there would be a sex video about him. And UMNO would be the one who will show it to the public. The statement was made via his twitter page.
Police Report
His statement caused a stir among local muslims. Several police report were lodge against Khairul Fahmi as the statement were considered as defaming the Holy Prophet.
Wira Perkasa (The Youth Wing of Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa) made two police report regarding the statement. Led by the youth leader, Mr. Irwan Fahmi stated that the statement does not reflect the Islamic name of PAS and all those people who are supporting Khairul Fahmi Mat Som should repent. He added that the Wira Perkasa shall inquire the Registrar of Society to investigate if Pas had misused the word 'Islam' in the party.
Khairul Fahmi reaction towards the Police report
Khairul Fahmi stated that he is unfettered by the reaction made by Malay extreme group PERKASA. However, he did state that his statement was wrongly interpreted and was blown out of proportion.
