The company markets its educational courses to working professionals, and individuals seeking education to obtain training and credentials for career advancement, professional development or state required licenses.

Key Realty School is licensed by Nevada Post Seondary Education. The school is also approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division and Mortgage Lending Division as well as most headings of the Nevada Department of Business and Industry. Though its primary focus is Nevada education. The school is approved to provide education in many Western states including California.
History
The company was founded in 1992 by Ted Federwitz and focused exclusively on training future real estate agents in Nevada. Today, Key Realty School is operated by school counselors and its managing members. Key Realty School has provided educational courses to over 40,000 students since its inception.
