Kevin Roy

Kevin Roy (born 1985) is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Winnipeg, Manitoba. In 2013, he left his job as a teacher to pursue a career in music. His first album, Taller than the Trees, was released on February 7, 2014. As a musician, Roy has played on stages with several acclaimed acts including The Deep Dark Woods and Ridley Bent.
Early life
As a child, Roy was influenced by the recordings of Neil Young and Gram Parsons. By the age of 12 he had learned how to play the harmonica and guitar simultaneously.
