Kevin Ertell is an executive e-commerce, marketing, and business developer and strategist. He is the Vice President of Retail Strategy at ForeSee Results, an international online customer satisfaction firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan Career Kevin has worked in the retail industry since 1984 and in senior management for online commerce since 1999. Kevin was the Senior Vice President of e-business at Borders Group, where he served as the primary leadership and planning force of E-business strategies for Borders.com. While at Borders, Ertell championed an innovative cross-channel retailing strategy and led the 2008 re-launch of Borders.com as an e-commerce site with interactive features including its Magic Shelf virtual bookshelf. Ertell also led the team that built Borders Rewards, one of largest specialty retail loyalty programs in the industry. Prior to working at Borders, Ertell was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of TowerRecords.com, Tower Records’ e-commerce division. While there, he provided strategy and leadership for online operations, overseeing an increase in online revenues even as the company and industry struggled. Unrelated to his retail and management background, Ertell played bass guitar in the popular Las Vegas rock band, Saber in the 1980s.
