Ken Spears Construction is a residential design-remodel company locate in Dekalb, Illinois. The company was established in 1975, by Ken and Kathy Spears. The company is leader in industry standards of residential remodeling. Ken Spears Construction first started out of the basement of the Spear's house. In 1986, the company built a office and warehouse in Shabbona, Illinois, and in 2002 the company opened a satelitte office in Dekalb. In the summer of 2008, it moved it's headquarters to Dekalb. Ken Spears Construction is recognized nationally with such awards as Remodeling magazine's BIG 50 in 1999. It also has been awarded Qualified Remodelers Top 500 |
