Kyle Casey "K. C." Armstrong (born July 17, 1975 in Long Island, New York) was on The Howard Stern Show as the show's intern in 1997 and later became associate producer from 1998 to 2004. K. C. grew up in Suffolk County, New York, where his father was the head football and wrestling coach at Port Jefferson High School. Armstrong now lives in Newport Beach, California, where he is pursuing a career in acting.<ref name="blogs.ocweekly.com"/> He has his own comedy DVD called Die Laughing. He has acted in three movies - Death4Told, Grace and the Storm and Secret War and stars on the comedy DVD series Meet the Creeps. Armstrong has been known to suffer from mental illness and it was regularly discussed on The Howard Stern Show until Armstrong's departure due to complications from the aforementioned mental illness.
