Katie Maguire, a fictional character from Shameless, is the infant daughter of Mandy Maguire and Lip Gallagher and the granddaughter of Paddy Maguire and Mimi Maguire. Mandy, Katie’s mother is very attached to her daughter and is with her in almost every scene. Katie lives with the Gallagher’s while her father, Lip, is away at university. She is only seen a few times in a series with nothing to say. She is usually referred to but rarely ever seen. In episode 4 of Season 5 Mandy thinks she has taken drugs when she has only eaten mints.
