Kathleen Doyle is the Irish Commissioner for Taxi Regulation and head of the Commission for Taxi Regulation. She took over the role from the previous incumbent Ger Deering in 2007. She was formerly director of operations for the Commission.
She has been criticized for issuing more taxi licences than some drivers consider appropriate.
She has appeared before a joint committee of the Oireachtas (parliament) of Ireland to discuss the work of the Commission for Taxi Regulation.
