Kash Johns known by his stage name Mr.Beat Broker, is an American record producer.He has produced and arranged hits for several artists.His career has spanned over 10 years at major & independent record labels,but he is best known as the "guru/teacher" in guiding the careers of unknown artists and turning them into superstars.He is senior A&R for 15 Seconds Music Group. He is president of 15 Seconds Entertainment and is currently working with DJ Smallz known for his Southern Smoke mixtapes. A&R Kash is responsible for scouting and artist development.He is in charge of artistic and commercial development of the label's artists.He handles contractual negotiations, finds songwriters and record producers for major or independent acts, and oversees recording sessions. He makes the creative decisions relating to the recording. Kash is the go to man to get new songs and material from established songwriters and producers. |
