Kanene Pipkin is a musician with the band Lone Bellow. She sings and plays the mandolin. Early life Kanene grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She attended university at the College of William and Mary, where she majored in linguistics and graduated in 2007. After her college graduation, Kanene lived and worked in China and New York, where she worked as a pastry chef at L'Ecole. The Lone Bellow Kanene's band The Lone Bellow hit it big during the folk rock music craze in 2013 with the band's self-titled album, which entered the Top 100 on the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart and went into Billboard's Top 20 on both the alternative albums and folk albums charts. Personal Life Kanene is married to musician David Pipkin. |
