Kanemoto J Noritsugu

is a Japanese TV chef.
In 1994 he moved to Tokyo, where he worked with many different types of food from around the world in different restaurants until 2000. This gradually made him develop a certain, distinct style of cooking which set him apart from others.
Rather than just focusing on satisfying hunger or taste, he put focus on food that makes people beautiful and healthy whilst keeping it simple to allow people to cook it in their homes.
Later, J Noritsugu was picked up by the Japanese media and began to make appearances in different TV programs.
J Noritsugu has been part of the development of different recipes and products for Japanese companies that have been on sale in department stores, events, and TV programs. He also assisted these companies as a marketing advisor and director, as well as at publicity events to help them keep up with the style of modern Japan.
