Kalbe Rushaid

Maulana Kalbe Rushaid Rizvi is an Islamic scholar and a prominent social leader of the country. He started his education at a very early age. After 10 years of Islamic education he went to the Islamic University in Jamhuri Islamic (Iran) for higher education.
Socio-political endeavours
Rizvi believes that politics is one of the most potent tool to reach the maximum social reform in his country. From 2000 to 2012 he served as a general secretary of Lok Janshakti Party. He has travelled across the country and worked for the welfare of the people of the country. He is the only turban-holder invited to TEDx.
As a social reformer, Rizvi is actively involved in the field of health. he has been involved in many national and international projects dealing with the issue of cancer as a spiritual healer and Islamic scholar with a deep spiritual knowledge. He has helped hundreds of such patients across the world. He has worked in close association with several institutions such as foundation Akbaraly, Madagascar, a non-profit organisation working in the field of health particularly for the eradication of cancer, with the Delhi Cancer Institute, Himalayan Institute Hospital Trust and Dharmshila Cancer Hospital.
Rizvi has been actively involved in the field of education with the national organization MIT for the unity of Indian students and with international institutions like the American Federation of Muslims of Indian origin (AAFMI), which strives for the educational and economic improvement of Indian Muslims by seeking cooperation among American and Indian relief and educational organisations.
He has been involved with India against corruption and worked tirelessly with Baba Ramdev on the issues of CW G scam, 2G scam and black money. He is also recognized as a prominent face representing the minorities of India in these areas. Since 2009 Rizvi has spoken extensively on the issues of black money stashed in foreign bank accounts, decriminalization of Indian politics, and maximum voting for maximum governance on various public platforms.
He also worked as jury for several national and international platforms and the most accepted voice from minority in the country. He has received a letter of appreciation from UNESCO for his humanitarian projects and he has been given a doctorate by the Sorbonne in France.

*Recently received by MIT University Pune, The top spiritual award of the nation.
