Kailash Waghmare is an Indian actor who has appeared in Marathi cinema, Hindi cinema and television series, including in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Gaabh, Ghoda, and Chandu Champion. Early life and education Waghmare is from Jalna district, Maharashtra, India. He developed an interest in acting from an early age and pursued theater during his college years. Career Waghmare began acting in Marathi theatre, eventually transitioning to films and television. His breakout role was in the 2020 film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, as Chultya. He then took roles in Marathi films such as Gaabh (2023) and Ghoda (2023). Waghmare has also performed as a playback singer in the movie Chandu Champion (2024). Personal life Waghmare is married to Meenakshi Rathod, a Marathi actress. The couple met while working in the film industry.
