jw.org is the official multimedia site of Jehovah's Witnesses. Originally used a domain for email among its employees, during the 2000s it expanded to a site used for submission of internal communications and the like. On January 1, 2008 the site was relaunched as a media site for the download of audio versions of the organizations principal periodicals The Watchtower and ', in addition to its previous functions. The magazines are available by article or in whole, and in MP3 or MP4 format, making them available for subscription.
