Yuliya Ihorivna Kovaliv (; born January 9, 1985, Ivano-Frankivsk city) - the first deputy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. Education In 2001 she entered the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", where she studied at the faculty of Economics. In 2005, got a Bachelor's degredegree of Economics and continued education program specialist of economic theory. In 2011 she graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, which got MBA degree of social development. She is a member of the Association of Masters of Public Administration. Career From 2007 - 2010 - financial director of LLC "Gazeks Ukraine", which made management coordination of five Ukrainian gas distribution companies - LLC "Donetskmiskhaz", LLC "Kryvorizhhaz", LLC "Harkivhaz", LLC "Kharkivmiskgaz" and LLC "Dniprogaz". Since 2010, the coordinator of the Coordination Center of Economic Reforms under the President of Ukraine. Since 2012 participated in the development of new principles of electricity market and advocated liberalization. On 27 August 2014 was appointed member of the National Commission for State Regulation in Energy and utilities. In September 2015 she took part in the round table "Implementation of European directives on energy in the Ukrainian legislation" On December 4th was appointed Acting Chairman of the Commission. On January 30, 2015 a meeting of working groups with representatives of electricity distribution and electricity supply companies, was chaired by Julia Kovaliv. On June 26, 2015 Cabinet of Ministers was appointed first deputy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. Personal life She is married to Kovaliv Jarema.
