Joseph Fosco

Joseph Fosco is a Chicago-based philanthropist primarily known through his work at NPI-Franklin Organization and its predecessor the Frankling Charitable Foundation.
Joseph's charitable work made headlines in 2002 with the establishment of the Sahara Moorer Angel Alliance Fund, an organization to provide counseling for biracial children dealing with emotional problems and questions about identity. Aside from his work in philanthropic consulting Joseph also the founder and publisher of the KTF Media Group.
Civil RICO Complaint
In late March of 2009 Joseph Fosco filed a civil RICO complaint against John DiFronzo, Peter DiFronzo, Jack P Cerone, Rudolph Fratto, Jr., Joseph Giacchino, Jr. and Members and Associates of the Chicago Outfit. In this complaint it is alleged that members of the Chicago Outfit are guilty of committing extortion upon and conspiracy to murder Joseph Fosco.
