Joseph Arnao

Joseph Arnao AKA Joe Arnao is an established film and television professional who resides in Los Angeles. Born October 1968. Grew up in central New Jersey. Attended Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, N.J. and received a bachelors degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, N.Y.
His professional career began at National Video Center on 42nd St. in New York City. While at National Video, Joseph Arnao was first exposed to video production and post production process with clients such as MTV, USA and NBC. Mr. Arnao left National Video for opportunities at the New York based boutique motion picture marketing company, Tony Silver Films. He transferred to the west coast to help establish and build the companies west coast office. During his tenure, Mr. Arnao advanced his understanding of motion picture marketing, trailers, main titles, television pilots and promotional editorial.
Wanting to establish his own shingle, Mr. Arnao saw the opportunity to merge creativity with technology and created Precision Post to capitalize on the digital revolution. He purchased Avid 1, the first digital editing machine in Los Angeles built by the fledging Avid Technology. Throughout the 1990’s, Precision Post became an established supplier of the popular editing machines as well as continued to maintain a creative services division. Mr. Arnao became a sought after creative editor and producer, working among many popular projects such as the behind the scenes specials for James Cameron’s Titanic, George Lucas’ re-release of Star Wars, and the X-Men franchise of films. With the demand on his creative schedule, Joe trained a team of editors and designers to work under his direction and established a facility to handle the increase of demand for his services. He also started to apply his production skills to projects and established a production division dedicated to the task. In 2003, the company built out a dedicated and flexible high definition work environment to work on all aspects of the production and post production process, handling everything from editing, motion graphics, visual effects, sound mixing and media management. This facility serves as the creative backbone for countless promotional and advertising projects as well as several feature length documentaries produced by Arnao, including the award winning “Into The Body,” and “Terminal 5.”
Working under the moniker Precision (www.meetprecision.com), the company has a well established track record for long term creative services with many major studios and top broadcasting outlets. Mr. Arnao currently serves as the company’s President and Executive Producer.
