Career
Early Years
At 18, Viscosi was selected to represent the eastern province of Ontario in the 2009 Canada Games. In the same year, he was offered a soccer scholarship in the United States with the University of Rio Grande.
Viscosi recorded 10 clean sheets in 23 appearances whilst representing Rio Grande. He received the 2010 Goalkeeper of the Year Award and was named to the All Conference Team. He also helped the University reach the semi-finals of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics National Tournament, before signing with the University at Buffalo in the NCAA Division I.
In 2011, Viscosi registered with the Genova International School of Soccer (GISS) in Italy, where he played against several Serie A and Serie B professional teams including Brescia, Chievo and Vicenza. He was then offered professional terms with Hungarian Premier League side Kaposvári Rákóczi, but chose to return to America with the University at Buffalo.
Viscosi went on to captain the University and was selected to represent Canada at the 2013 Summer Universiade Kazan, Russia.
He relocated to the United Kingdom to sign for Southern Football League premier division side Tiverton Town in July 2013, while training with Football League division two side Torquay United.
In December 2013, Viscosi signed for Carlton Town in the Northern Premier League. In 2014, he was offered a professional contract with Scottish Premiership league side St Mirren. Unfortunately, the deal fell through as Viscosi had already played for two clubs in the same season. He concluded the 2013/2014 season on trial with Football League division one outfit Oldham Athletic.
