John Breeding

Dr. John Breeding is a psychologist from Austin, Texas, and an opponent of electroconvulsive therapy, (ECT). He has testified before the New York State Assembly and the Texas legislature about mental health issues. He has been an adjunct Professor of Psychology at Austin Community College since 2000. Dr. Breeding received his doctorate degree in School Psychology from University of West Texas.
