Joan Gregorio (born January 12, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Milkmen of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. He has previously played in the San Francisco Giants organization. Career San Francisco Giants On May 27, 2010, Gregorio signed as an international free agent with the San Francisco Giants organization. He played in the Giants minor league system through the 2014 season, when his contract was selected on November 20. In 2015, 2016, and 2017, he played for the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Sacramento River Cats, without receiving a call up to the Major Leagues. On July 1, 2017, Gregorio was suspended for the rest of the season after testing positive for stanozolol, a performance-enchancing substance. On February 19, 2018, Gregorio was designated for assignment. From 2010-2018 in the minor leagues, Gregorio carried a 1.269 WHIP, 3.96 ERA with 622 strikeouts in 655 innings pitched. Piratas de Campeche On June 22, 2019, Gregorio signed with the Piratas de Campeche of the Mexican League. However, he was released on June 28. Milwaukee Milkmen On February 3, 2020, Gregorio signed with the Milwaukee Milkmen of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball.
