Jo Street (born 1944, Blackburn, Lancashire) is an actor, writer, director and teacher who has worked in theatre, radio and television, married to the radio broadcaster and writer Seán Street. Jo has presented programmes for the BBC. Radio *Voice artist work including BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 3 and LBC. *Writer/presenter for daily children's programmes for BBC and commercial radio. (Radio Academy Award nomination for Best Children's Programme, 1987) *Writer/presenter, weekly arts magazine programme, commercial radio.
