Jimmy Beadle

James 'Jimmy' George Beadle (Born 23 June 1988) is an English footballer who currently plays for Whitby Town F.C. He comes from Scarborough, North Yorkshire in England. He attended Gladstone Road Junior School before going to Graham secondary school where he achieved 9 A-C G.C.S.Es.
Career
Scarborough
Jimmy came through the successful Scarborough Football Club's youth ranks and signed a YTS contract with the club. After playing a number of reserve games and youth team games that season Jimmy made his first team debut at the age of 16 coming on as a substitute for Neil Redfearn in the 4-0 home win against Farnborough Town. The following season Jimmy turned professional and made 10 appearances that season but the club were relegated to the Conference North due to financial problems at the football club. That season (2005-2006) he also had a brief loan spell at Bradford Park Avenue where he scored 3 goals in 4 appearances. In the Conference North Jimmy had his most successful time with Scarborough F.C. as he made 41 appearances scoring 4 times although he also received a yellow card within 2 seconds of the home match with Kettering Town F.C. At the end of this season the club sadly became liquidated. While playing for Scarborough Jimmy twice received the Young Player Of The Year Award in the 2005-2006 season and 2006-2007 season.
Sweden and Norway
Following the demise of Scarborough football club Jimmy signed for Ange IF in the Swedish fourth division where he made 15 appearnces scoring 6 goals. He was then bought for a nominal fee by English manager Stuart Gibson to play in the Norweigen Second division for his team Steinkjer Fk where he made 15 appearnces before returning home to England.
York City
On January 1 Jimmy signed for York City F.C. for the remainder of the season. The club reached the Semi-Final of the FA trophy under manager Colin Walker with Jimmy making 4 appearances and receiving a 1 year extension to his contract. The next season Jimmy failed to make a first team appearance and was loaned to Whitby town before finally making the move permanent in October.

Whitby Town
Jimmy was signed by manager Graham Clarke and made his debut in the 3-1 defeat against Manchester United F.C. and in total played 39 matches in the 2008-2009 season scoring 5 goals. Jimmy signed another year long contract for season 2009-2010 under manager Harry Dunn and that is where he is currently playing.
