Jiang Chun-Xuan is a Chinese mathematician proponent of fringe scientific theories who works mostly in the field of number theory.
He claimed to have disproved the Riemann Hypothesis, and proved Fermat's Last Theorem before Andrew Wiles, and the Twin Prime Conjecture and the Goldbach Conjecture using a new analytical tool he invented, the Jiang function.
He is recognized into the Institute for Basic Research institute of Ruggero Maria Santilli, where he published most of his work, and claimed to have established the foundations of Santilli's Isonumber theory.
