Jessica Gunning

Jessica Gunning is a British stage and television actress.
Career
Jessica Gunning trained at Rose Bruford College, where she graduated in 2007.<ref name="nationaltheatre"/> She has since appeared in many screen and stage productions in the United Kingdom.
She is perhaps known for her many appearances in Television Comedy Productions such as It's Adam and Shelley, Life of Riley and Recently, Lizzie and Sarah where she plays lazy Housekeeper Branita. In 2008 Gunning appeared in Partners in Crime, an episode of the 2008 series of British Sci-Fi show Doctor Who. From 2009 onwards she has also played the recurring role of Angela in Law and Order: UK, a British adaptation of the long running American Crime Drama.
Her Theatre appearances include performances of Major Barbara<ref name="playbill"/> and Much Ado about Nothing with the National Theatre.<ref name="nationaltheatre"/><ref name="variety1"/>
Of her performance as Sarah Undershaft in Major Barbara, The Stage wrote it was "well judged".<ref name="thestage"/>
