Jessica Greenwalt

Jessica Greenwalt is an international freelance graphic designer, speaker, and business owner. She has been a major influence on the recent 21st century turn towards more feminine styles and colors used in digital and print design. Greenwalt was named a top designer of 2009 by Print Runner and has been featured in the San Francisco Examiner and Design 360º magazine. Her portfolio is featured in Creative Fan's "Roundup of 30 Explosive Freelance Portfolios".
Biography
Jessica Greenwalt was born in Seattle, Washington and spent her youth in Washington, Hawaii, and Southern California. She began working as a freelance graphic designer while in high school, and went on to study graphic design at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In the Spring of 2007, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication, and moved to Berkeley, California, where she currently resides.

Outreach
Greenwalt has influenced design students from around the world. She strives to improve the graphic design industry by educating designers and design students on the value of graphic design and how it can be used to affect human behavior. She is a volunteer design teacher for AIGA's Inneract Project and is the manager of the Bay Area chapter of the Graphic Designers Professional Group.
