Jerry Levy

Jerry Levy has been the Professor of Sociology at Marlboro College, Vermont, since 1976. He studied at the University of Illinois, graduating B.A. in 1962 and Ph.D. in 1972 from the New School for Social Research. He is the author of Ghetto School, published 1970 by Pegasus to critical review. He is active in local politics and re-qualified Vermont's Liberty Union Party with major party status after a ten year lag in votes when he gained a six percent showing in 2004 in his Auditor of Accounts campaign. He is one of two Co-Chairs of the Socialist Party USA. Most recently, Jerry has been touring the one man play, Marx In Soho. Works * |
