Jason Heller is the Global Lead of Digital Marketing Operations for McKinsey & Company. Previously, he was CEO of Agiliti, a digital management consultancy which was acquired by McKinsey & Company in 2014. Heller was an entrepreneur from a young age; by 18 he had founded an independent record label and his own recording studio. In 1998, Heller co-founded one of the first digital media and relationship marketing agencies, Mass Transit. It was acquired by Horizon Media in 2005, with Heller staying on to co-manage at the acquiring firm. Two years later, Heller became Executive Vice President at the Laredo Group, and head of the firm's New York office. In 2005 he combined his interest in scuba diving, underwater photography, and marketing with the creation of Underwater Holdings, including DivePhotoGuide.com. He was publisher of the site until he sold it in 2010. He was also a special correspondent for Sport Diver magazine. Heller has been featured and published in mainstream outlets such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes, Fortune, Ad Week, Advertising Age, and MediaPost. He has also been published in the Harvard Business Review.
