James A. Ortte

James A. Ortte (born September 1966) is a Judicial Magistrate for the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. He currently serves in the
31st Judicial District and 5th Region (Northern Virginia). He is a licensed Virginia Private Investigator (1989).
Previously Ortte was a licensed Bail Enforcement Agent and Bail Bondsman from 1990 til 2005 and appeared in several TV and news reports. He also appeared in several commercials. Ortte was also known for purchasing the "Transformers" (2007) Paramount Pictures stunt/movie car (Barricade), a 2008 Saleen Mustang prototype, Black and White police car used in the movie.
During his Investigator and Bail career, at the request of the State of Maryland, he was also the first person to testify in Annapolis Maryland at a state judiciary hearing (1993) on corruption within a court house (Montgomery County, Maryland, US) by a judge. Ortte also worked in security and as a body guard during his career. The most prominent principal being a US Senator.
Personal Life, Ortte is married to an Afghan immigrant granted Polictical Asylum (1993) whom later became a US citizen and currently has three children and resides in Virginia, US.
