Jackie Baumgarten

Jackie Baumgarten (born August 4, 1978) is a Miami innovation entrepreneur and executive, the co-founder and chief executive officer) of Boatsetter, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Before she began her entrepreneurial career, Baumgarten worked for over a decade in corporate America in Healthcare as a Director at DaVita, as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM, and as a commercial real estate developer of the Westfield Group. She subsequently then a partner and COO of AH Global. In late 2012, she became co-founder and CEO of Cruzin, the precursor to Boatsetter. In that period , Baumgarten is acknowledged as developing the first of its kind marine insurance policy model that enabled the peer-to-peer boat rental industry.
In 2018, she was both elected to the board of directors of MasterCraft and won an entrepreneur of the year technology award from Endeavor Miami and one of INC's 100 most innovative woman in 2019.
