Jack Garson

Jack Garson (born December 19, 1960) is the founder of Garson Claxton LLC. He is also a US author of How to Build a Business and Sell It for Millions published by St. Martin’s Press in March 2010.
Early Life
Jack graduated with honors from both the George Washington University National Law Center and the University of Maryland .
Career
Jack serves as legal and strategic advisor for numerous national, regional and local companies, helping them overcome challenges, grow, succeed and sell .
Jack and his wife Marcy live in Potomac, Maryland .
Jack is a member of the Board of Directors of Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, which oversees Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport .
How To Build A Business and Sell It For Millions, from St. Martin’s Press, is Jack’s first book . He also writes “The Legal Edge,” a monthly business law column for SmartCEO magazine, a business publication in the Washington, D.C. region . He has authored business and legal columns for an assortment of other publications including:Articles for the Urban Institute's Multifamily Trends, Washington Business Journal and Baltimore Business Journal Business .
